Communities · Baix Llobregat and AMB

A proposal that the building can understand and decide.

We study the roof, the consumption of the common areas and the garage before talking about equipment. We work with communities in Cornellà, Sant Boi, Viladecans, El Prat and nearby municipalities depending on the scope of the project.

The first conversation puts the case in order. The technical scope is finalized after reviewing the building information.

A specific metropolitan context

Each municipality has its own starting point.

The AMB maintains public information on energy communities and municipal energy offices, including Cornellà, El Prat, Sant Boi and Viladecans. It is a useful source to understand the local energy transition. Futurlum carries out its own technical study for each building.

CORNELLA

Building and garage

We organize the roof, common areas, meters and possible recharging routes.

VILADECANS · EL PRAT

Shared decision

We prepare questions and data so that the president, administrator and neighbors can assess the next step.

What we assess

The visit begins before going up to the deck.

A community needs to know what data it has, what is missing, and what part of the building actually goes into the study.

A

Cover and access

Type of cover, visible state, access, shadows and space for equipment or maintenance.

B

Shared areas

Invoices or consumption profile for lighting, elevator, pumps, swimming pool or other common services.

C

Distribution to be evaluated

What the community wants to achieve, who participates and what data must be clear before deciding.

D

Garage and EV charging

Number of interested places, available power, common frame and possible routes for the infrastructure.

Three possible conversations

The project can start with different needs.

Tell us about your building
  1. 01

    Solar for shared areas

We review production, common consumption, protections and conditions of the building.

  2. 02

    Shared self-consumption

We organize the objective of the neighbors and the data necessary to evaluate a distribution.

  3. 03

    Garage and charging

We study how recharging can coexist with existing power, routes and services.

Visible limits

The proposal also explains what cannot yet be stated.

The compatibility, distribution and infrastructure of the garage depend on technical data and the scope approved by the community.

  • We do not promise full supply during an outage.
  • We do not set an equal capacity for all buildings.
  • We do not turn a first conversation into a closed proposal.

for the meeting

Questions that should be clarified before requesting a proposal.

Can the property manager participate?

Yes. The manager can help gather invoices, plans, building data and prior agreements. The president and the neighbors must define the objective they want to study.

Do we have to decide between boards and chargers first?

Not necessarily. They can be studied as related scenarios, but each one needs its own data on consumption, power, routes and use.

What happens if the community does not have a simple roof?

The available space, access and alternatives that are within the scope are reviewed. If data is missing, the proposal must say so before sizing.

What should be prepared before the first conversation?

The municipality, the role of the person contacting, an invoice for common areas if available and the main objective: plot, distribution or garage. The plans and technical data can be gathered later.

Next step

Tell us what your community needs.

Indicate the municipality, your role in the building and the main objective. With this information we can request the appropriate technical data.

Prepare my community

The population is necessary to confirm the territorial scope. Technical data may arrive later.
