Yes. A shared self-consumption system can be installed on the building rooftop to power common areas (lift, lighting, parking). It is also possible to combine it with individual self-consumption for each flat.
For solar energy installations in common areas, the Horizontal Property Act requires approval from 1/3 of owners representing at least 1/3 of the ownership quotas. We guide you through the entire process.
The saving can be applied directly to reducing common area costs, or distributed among residents according to their ownership quota. We install individual metering systems if a personalised split is required.
